The Spiritual Body

Bodywork: your spiritual body's gateway to transformation.

Tantric-informed somatic release · Creative life force · Sexual energy

Where kinesiology listens, bodywork opens. This is the deepest layer, gently working with the pelvis, hips and core, areas where many people carry long-held tension, grief or emotion. Through conscious touch over an extended session, we reconnect with your creative life force and raise consciousness through somatic release.

Bodywork Session · $570 · 4–5 hours

Every session opens with a Connection Ritual for nervous system safety. Kinesiology and energy work prepare the ground; when you're ready, this is where transformation lives.

This isn't a starting point. Every bodywork client first completes at least two kinesiology sessions to establish nervous system baselines and readiness. Book a free pre-brief consultation to talk through your situation.

All bodywork requires prior kinesiology sessions and signed consent documentation.

Therapeutic framework

Emotional detox through tantric bodywork.

Tantric bodywork goes beyond surface tension, gently working with the pelvis, hips and core, areas where many people carry long-held tension, grief or emotion. Through conscious breath, grounded touch and intentional presence, we make room for safe cathartic release without forcing vulnerability.

This isn't therapy. It's somatic alchemy that transforms stuck emotional charge into reclaimed vitality.

Safety through experience

Bodywork at this depth needs a foundation in broader healing work. Before I trained in somatic bodywork, I'd spent a lifetime in energy work and years of professional kinesiology practice (ICPKP-trained). I understand the physical and energetic signatures of trauma before touch ever happens.

The kinesiology sessions before bodywork aren't gatekeeping. They exist because that precise feedback is what makes deep release safe. Your safety is protected by a practice that has been evolving for decades.

The bodywork session

One complete experience, not a single technique.

Each session is held as a whole, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Every part prepares for and supports the next.

  • The Connection Ritual and grounding
  • Full-body conscious touch, at your pace
  • Somatic and emotional release, safely held
  • Integration, grounding and aftercare

Bodywork Session · 4–5 hours · $570

Clothed and/or draped throughout. The scope of touch is discussed at your pre-brief consultation and agreed in writing before any session. At least two kinesiology sessions are needed before booking.

How every session opens

The Connection Ritual

Every bodywork session begins with a deliberate move from ordinary time into therapeutic space. It isn't optional: it's what makes the work safe for your nervous system, and what lets the emotional work land.

ElementDurationPurpose
Arrival grounding10 minMoving from the day into present-moment awareness
Intention circle15 minSaying out loud what you're bringing: healing, release, curiosity
Boundary reconfirmation10 minReviewing your boundaries, how we'll communicate, comfort thresholds and your right to stop
Breath synchronisation10 minBreathing together to settle and attune
Sacred space declaration5 min"This space is yours. Nothing is rushed. You lead."
Opening touch window15–20 minConnection through conscious touch, to establish trust and regulate the nervous system

Sceptical about "ritual"?

Totally valid. Many clients come with curiosity rather than belief. Think of it as therapeutic protocol that helps your defences stand down. You don't have to believe it's "sacred" for it to work: a predictable ritual signals safety to the nervous system.

Can I skip parts of it?

Yes. The framework serves you, not the other way round. If intention-setting doesn't resonate, we frame it differently. If a formal opening feels unfamiliar, we adjust the pace to your comfort. Adaptability within structure is the principle.

A golden sky over the ocean at first light
Nothing is rushed. You lead.

Who this work is for

Bodywork isn't for everyone, and that's intentional.

This work suits clients who

  • Have completed at least two kinesiology sessions
  • Are ready for an extended session of 4–5 hours
  • Can keep 4–6 hours free afterwards to integrate
  • Have talked through medical history and contraindications at a pre-brief

It may not be right if you

  • Haven't had a professional consultation first
  • Are currently in crisis, or your mental health is unstable
  • Are coming because someone else wants you to, rather than by your own choice
  • Would rather someone else took control of your healing than take part in it yourself

Clear communication and consent are central to the process, starting with honesty about what this work involves.

Contraindications

Some conditions need medical clearance or a later booking:

  • Active pelvic infections (deferred until resolved)
  • Recent surgery (within 6 months)
  • Untreated PTSD dissociation
  • Active psychosis
  • Substance dependence

Bodywork is not offered during pregnancy.

We screen for these at the pre-brief consultation. Safety is the foundation, not an afterthought.

Extended session timeline

What to expect from a bodywork session

A general guide. Timings vary with what each person needs.

  1. Hour 1

    Connection Ritual and grounding

Arrival (10 min), intention circle (15 min), boundary reconfirmation (10 min), breath synchronisation (10 min), sacred space declaration (5 min) and opening connective touch, non-genital (10–15 min).

  2. Hours 2–3

    Progressive somatisation

Gentle bodywork that builds connection through the fascial layers. External pelvic floor assessment. A check-in at the two-hour mark.

  3. Hours 3–4

    Core therapeutic window

Conscious touch deepens as emotional release builds. The peak of release usually comes in this window. A hydration break around hour four.

In clients' words

"Your way of holding that space made a profound difference to me. I felt seen, respected and safe enough to allow something within me to move and transform. You didn't try to fix me. You created the conditions for me to meet myself differently."
Ella
Read Ella's full story

What I experienced through this work is difficult to put completely into words, because it reached places within me that words alone had not been able to reach.

I came to the work carrying layers of experiences, emotions and parts of myself that I had learned to hold, protect and sometimes disconnect from. What happened through the process was not simply a moment of relaxation or release. It was an invitation to reconnect with myself on a much deeper level, to listen to my body, my emotions and the parts of me that had been waiting to be acknowledged.

There were moments of vulnerability, unexpected emotions and profound realisations. But perhaps most importantly, I began to experience that healing does not always come from trying to understand everything with the mind. Sometimes the body knows. Sometimes it needs a safe space, compassionate presence and permission to finally let go.

Your way of holding that space made a profound difference to me. I felt seen, respected and safe enough to allow something within me to move and transform. You didn't try to fix me. You created the conditions for me to meet myself differently.

That is something I will always be grateful for.

And I want you to know that your work has travelled much further than that one experience. It has influenced the way I see healing, trauma and the incredible relationship between the body, emotions and our life experiences. It has also inspired me in my own journey and in the work I am now developing with others.

So yes, please use my testimony. If my experience can help someone else feel curious enough to explore this work, or give someone hope that another way of healing is possible, I would be very happy for my words to contribute. 💛

You once shared something with me that helped me reconnect with a part of myself. In that sense, your work has become part of my journey and for that, I am deeply grateful.

Thank you for creating this work, for the way you hold space, and for having the courage to share something that can reach people beyond words. 🙏✨

With love and deep gratitude,
Ella 💛

"The experience with the body massage I received was truly transformative and incredible. I cannot thank Phil enough for being so nurturing and caring. He held sacred space for me to feel safe and to surrender without any judgement. I felt so welcomed and supported. For me this has felt like the most beautiful journey of coming home. Loving parts of my self which I have struggled to love. Forgiving myself and letting go of emotions that no longer serve my highest good. Feeling so connected to who I am. I've regained confidence and belief. Truly grateful. I highly recommend Phil and look forward to doing it again."

Bodywork questions

Good to know

What can bodywork help with?

Bodywork works with pelvic floor tension, hip restrictions and stored birth, grief and trauma patterns. Clients often describe easing of long-held tension in the lower back and hips, steadier emotions, and less anxiety held in the body. Sessions support the whole system rather than targeting a single symptom.

How long is a bodywork session?

4–5 hours. The extended time lets your nervous system complete its release cycles rather than being interrupted halfway. You won't receive constant touch: integration periods and water breaks are built in.

Is bodywork suitable if I feel sensitive or overwhelmed?

Yes, with proper screening. At the pre-brief we look at trauma history, any tendency to dissociate, and your nervous system's capacity. Bodywork is external only and clothed and/or draped, which makes it accessible if you're new to somatic work. Safety is the foundation, not an afterthought.

Will I need to talk or share personal details?

Only if you choose to. Earlier kinesiology sessions often reveal emotional patterns without you needing to say anything. During bodywork, check-ins happen every 45–60 minutes. You're invited to share, never pressured. The body communicates what the mind may not be ready to put into words.

How is bodywork different from massage or counselling?

Massage relaxes soft tissue at the surface. Counselling works through talking and processing. Bodywork releases deep patterns held in the fascia, pelvic floor and hips, where emotions are held physically. It picks up where both stop. Extended sessions allow complete release cycles, the Connection Ritual opens every session, and a strict consent framework runs throughout.

What is the Connection Ritual?

A 45–60 minute opening at every bodywork session: grounding, intention-setting, consent reaffirmation, breath synchronisation, sacred space declaration and opening touch (non-genital). It's a trauma-informed protocol that tells your nervous system: "You're safe here. You're not being rushed."

Is bodywork sexual?

No. Therapeutic touch is fundamentally different from sexual activity. The work involves consensual, non-sexual touch to the external genital area for somatic therapeutic purposes. Boundaries are firm: no kissing, no erotic role-play, and sexual stimulation is never the goal. Touch is only applied with your explicit verbal permission at each stage, and you can stop at any moment without question. Currently only external work is offered, clothed and/or draped.

What do I wear?

You stay clothed and/or draped. All work happens through your clothing or a light draping fabric.

Why do sessions run 4–5 hours?

Nervous system release follows natural cycles, not the clock. An extended session allows grounding (30–60 min), progressive tissue work (1–2 hr), an emotional release window (2–3 hr) and integration (1–2 hr). Rushing risks re-traumatising or leaving things half-processed. You control the pace throughout.

What screening happens before bodywork is booked?

Every client completes: (1) a 45–60 minute pre-brief call covering medical history, trauma background and boundaries; (2) written consent documentation setting out the exact protocols; and (3) at least two kinesiology sessions to establish trust and a baseline.

What if something feels uncomfortable during a session?

We stop immediately, no justification needed. Say "pause", "stop" or communicate it in any way we agreed beforehand, and it's honoured without debate. Over a long session there are frequent check-ins (about every 45–60 minutes) to make sure consent is ongoing.

Are there contraindications?

Yes. Active pelvic infections, recent surgery (within 6 months), untreated PTSD dissociation, active psychosis and substance dependence need medical clearance or a later booking. Bodywork is not offered during pregnancy. We screen for these at intake.

Can I mix sessions outside the package?

Absolutely. Many clients piece it together: one kinesiology session to assess, then decide which modality comes next. The 3 Body Solution is discounted for people committed to the full integration work.

Do you offer payment plans?

For the 3 Body Solution ($900), yes: two instalments of $450. Get in touch to arrange it.
