Booking

  • Every new client starts with a free 20-minute discovery call, to check this work suits you and answer your questions.
  • Sessions are booked online or by contacting me directly. No walk-ins or same-day bookings.
  • Please arrive on time (for bodywork, 15 minutes early). If you arrive late, the session may need to finish at its scheduled time, and the full fee still applies.
  • Please don't attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. The session will be rescheduled and the late cancellation fee applies.

Kinesiology session60 min$190
Energy work session60 min$190
Bodywork session4–5 hours$570

  • Fees are the same in person and online. They're set in Australian dollars, and sessions are charged in AUD. Prices shown on this site in euros, pounds or US dollars are converted each week and rounded up; your card converts at your bank's rate.
  • Payment is due at the time of each session, unless agreed otherwise. A tax invoice is provided.
  • The 3 Body Solution can be paid in full at the first session, or in two instalments of $450 (at your first kinesiology session and at your bodywork session), with no interest or fees.
  • Bodywork bookings are secured with a 50% deposit ($285), or by arrangement. The deposit comes off your session fee.
  • Fees may change over time. The fee confirmed when you book is the one that applies.

Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Kinesiology and energy work: please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, at no charge.
  • Bodywork: because a long block of time is reserved, please give at least 48 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations with less notice than this are charged 50% of the session fee.
  • Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are charged the full session fee.
  • Illness or genuine emergencies are always treated with understanding. Please just let me know as early as you can.
  • If I need to cancel, I'll give as much notice as possible and you won't be charged.

Refunds

  • Cancelled with enough notice (24 hours, or 48 hours for bodywork): any payment or deposit is refunded in full, or moved to a new booking if you prefer.
  • Cancelled late, or a no-show: the cancellation fees above apply. Any deposit counts towards the fee.
  • Deciding not to go ahead with bodywork before the session starts, for example after the pre-brief or during the Connection Ritual: your deposit is refunded, or kept as credit for another session.
  • Stopping partway through a session: you can always stop, at any point and for any reason. Because the time has been set aside for you, the session fee isn't refunded once a session is under way.
  • If I end a session early for a reason that isn't to do with your conduct, you'll be refunded for the time not used.

Consent is the foundation of every session. It's asked for, not assumed, and it can be withdrawn at any time.

In every session, you have the right to:

  • ask questions and have the work explained before it happens
  • decline any technique, without needing to give a reason, and without consequence
  • pause or stop at any moment, by saying "pause", "stop", or in any way we agreed beforehand
  • change or skip any part of a session, including the Connection Ritual
  • request a support person or chaperone (arranged in advance)
  • receive all documentation about the scope of the work
  • end a session at any point (see Refunds)

Kinesiology and energy work are done fully clothed. Bodywork is done clothed and/or draped.

Bodywork requirements

Bodywork is the deepest layer of this work, and it involves consensual, non-sexual therapeutic touch to the external genital area. For your safety, every bodywork client completes the following first:

  1. A free pre-brief consultation (45–60 min, phone or video), covering medical history, any trauma background you choose to share, boundaries, clothing and draping preferences, and what a 4–5 hour session involves.
  2. At least two kinesiology sessions, to establish nervous system baselines and readiness. Online sessions count, as long as at least one in-person session happens before the bodywork date.
  3. Written consent documentation, setting out the exact session protocols, your boundaries, how you'd like to communicate during the session, and any medical clearance needed.

Contraindications

Bodywork is deferred, or needs medical clearance, for: active pelvic infections; surgery within the last 6 months; untreated PTSD dissociation; active psychosis; substance dependence. Bodywork is not offered during pregnancy. Please tell me about any change in your health before your session.

Please keep 4–6 hours free after a bodywork session to rest and integrate.

Professional boundaries

  • All touch is therapeutic and non-sexual. There is no kissing, no erotic role-play, and sexual stimulation is never the goal.
  • Any sexual advance by a practitioner towards a client is professional misconduct and should be reported.
  • Arousal during therapeutic touch is a normal body response. It's not uncommon, and it's handled without judgement or encouragement.
  • I may end a session if a client behaves in a sexual, abusive or unsafe way. In that case the full fee applies.

Online sessions

  • Kinesiology and energy work are available online, worldwide, by video call. Bodywork is in person only.
  • Please join from a quiet, private space with a reliable connection.
  • Sessions are not recorded without your explicit agreement.
  • If the connection drops, I'll call you back or reschedule the remaining time at no charge.

Home and travel visits

By arrangement, I can travel to you. Travel and accommodation costs are at your expense, agreed in writing before booking, and payable in advance. The same consent, safety and bodywork requirements apply wherever a session takes place.

Confidentiality

Everything you share is confidential and handled under the Privacy Policy. The only exceptions are where the law requires or allows disclosure: mandatory reporting where abuse or harm to a child is disclosed, a serious threat to someone's life, health or safety, or a court order.

Complementary care

Kinesiology, energy work and bodywork are complementary therapies. They don't diagnose or treat medical conditions and aren't a substitute for medical care. Please continue any existing treatment, and let your healthcare providers know about the work you're doing.
