Why three modalities?
Your body is not one thing.
You operate across physical, emotional and spiritual layers at the same time. When stress, trauma or imbalance affects one layer, the others compensate, and eventually the whole system loses coherence.
The 3 Body Solution works each layer in sequence. Each modality stands on its own; combined, they address every layer of your being.
Physical, emotional and spiritual aren't separate. They're one system viewed from different angles. When all three are woven together, the change lasts, because every layer has been addressed.

Sessions are spread over up to four weeks to allow integration between modalities, or held as an intensive over a few days. The exact order is worked out together, based on what your nervous system is ready for.

The sessions and the care are the same whichever pace you choose. We plan the timing together on your discovery call, based on what suits you, your availability, and whether you're coming to me or I'm coming to you.

Over a few days
Sessions close together, so the momentum carries from one layer straight into the next. Clients often say it's a powerful way to move through things. Ideal if you're travelling, short on time, or I'm coming to you.
Steady
Over a couple of weeks
A few days between sessions to notice what's shifting, while keeping a clear rhythm from start to finish.
Spacious
Over up to four weeks
More room between sessions, fitted around work, family and travel. Each layer has time to settle before the next.

Discovery call and pre-brief
Both free, by phone or video. We check fit, plan your pace, and cover medical history and boundaries for bodywork. Consent documentation is completed.
- Kinesiology
The physical layer
Muscle monitoring finds where stress and imbalance sit and corrects them through PKP techniques, and establishes your baselines. A second kinesiology session confirms readiness for bodywork, if you haven't already had two.
- Energy work
The emotional layer
Clears held emotions and restores the flow of energy, working intuitively through the meridians and biofield.
- Bodywork
The spiritual layer
A 4–5 hour session that opens with the Connection Ritual and closes with grounding and integration. You leave with aftercare recommendations, and an optional kinesiology check-in is always available.
Total: about 7–8 hours of session time, over a few days or up to four weeks.

Booked separately: $950. The package saves you $50. Bodywork needs at least two kinesiology sessions first: one is included, and the second is $190 if you haven't already had it.

Can't come to me?
Kinesiology and energy work are available online, worldwide. For bodywork, I can come to you by arrangement, with travel at your expense. Ask about it on your discovery call.
Package questions
Good to know
Do I have to do the sessions in a set order?
The recommended order is kinesiology, then energy work, then bodywork, because each builds on the last. But each modality stands on its own. If you've had kinesiology elsewhere or feel drawn to start with energy work, we'll work out the best approach on your discovery call. The only fixed requirement is two kinesiology sessions before bodywork.
Can I book individual sessions instead?
Absolutely. Every modality can be booked on its own: $190 for kinesiology or energy work, $570 for bodywork. The package is for people committed to the full integration process. It saves $50 and keeps continuity of care across all three layers.
How long does the package take?
Anywhere from a few days to four weeks, whatever suits you. An intensive keeps the momentum going, and clients often find it a great way to move through things. Spacing sessions over two to four weeks gives more time between them and fits around a busy life. We plan the pace together on your discovery call.
I've already had kinesiology with Phil. Do I still need the package?
If you've had two or more kinesiology sessions, you've already met the bodywork requirement. You might prefer to book energy work and bodywork individually, or we can put together a custom package. Get in touch to talk it through.
Is the bodywork session included in the $900?
Yes. The package includes one kinesiology session, one energy work session and one bodywork session. If you haven't had the two kinesiology sessions needed before bodywork, the package covers one and the second is $190.
